Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
International shipping is not available at this time.


Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (AEST) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Order Handling Time
1–4 business days (Monday to Friday)
This includes order preparation, packing, and dispatch.

Transit Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days, depending on your location.

Estimated Delivery Window
7–16 business days total (handling + transit)

Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the package and items received (if applicable)

We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
