For swollen feet, we recommend:

Going up one size from your regular shoe size

Our flexible upper material will adjust to provide comfort

The toe box measures 9.5cm at its widest point (size 42) to give your feet room to breathe

If you're between sizes, always choose the larger size

Are they slip resistant?

Absolutely. The rubber traction pods on our soles provide reliable grip on most surfaces. Whether you're walking on tile, hardwood, or outdoor surfaces, you can move with confidence knowing your recovery shoes will keep you stable.

Why are they so comfortable?

The comfort comes from three key features: our barefoot-feel design that allows natural movement, massaging dots in the insole that boost circulation, and our lightweight recovery foam that cushions every step. Plus, the breathable knit upper adapts to your foot shape for personalized comfort.

What is a zero drop sole?

A zero drop sole means the heel and toe are at the same height from the ground, unlike traditional shoes where the heel is elevated. This design promotes natural foot positioning and movement, which can help with proper alignment and reduced foot strain. It's part of our approach to supporting natural foot recovery.

How is Roobare shoe designed for recovery?

Our unique barefoot-feel design works with your foot's natural movement, while the massaging dots in the insole stimulate blood circulation. This combination helps reduce foot fatigue and speeds up recovery time. The zero-drop sole and roomy toe box also ensure proper foot alignment, allowing your feet to rest and heal naturally after activity.

Are Roobare shoes odor resistant?

Yes! The breathable knit material allows air to flow freely, preventing moisture buildup that causes odors. Plus, they're machine washable so you can keep them fresh easily. The quick-drying materials also help prevent bacteria growth, which is often the source of shoe odors.
